How to Delete Pest Doctor AI Account

Delete Pest Doctor AI Account

Follow the steps below to delete an account on the Pest Doctor AI mobile app.

1. Open Pest Doctor AI Apps

Account deletion can only be done within the Pest Doctor AI mobile app.

Tap on the Pest Doctor AI app icon to open the mobile app, make sure you are logged into the account to be deleted.

2. Go to Profile Page

Tap drawer

and go to profile menu

You will be directed to the profile page that is already logged in. Double-check that the account to be deleted is correct before proceeding with the account deletion process.

3. Select Delete Account Menu

Tap on "Delete Account."

The account deletion page will be displayed, and please make sure to read the information on this page.

4. Delete Account

Read the information on this page carefully.

If you are sure, you can proceed with the account deletion process. However, before deleting your account, make sure you do not have any active subscription plans.

5. Finish

The account deletion was successfully completed.

Wait up to 30 days for your account to be fully deleted. You can still log in to your account during this period, but the deletion process will continue, and your account will be completely removed after the waiting period ends.

Disclaimer

The subscription must be inactive before deleting the account.
Data will persist for 30 days after account deletion.
You can still log in to a deleted account within 30 days of deletion.
Deleted data includes profile data and virtual consultation schedule history, but does not delete transactional data, such as chat history.
